Since forming as a faux-hardcore nu-metal outfit
in the summer of 1999, Zero Based Perception has
undergone numerous lineup and style changes.
Most notably, the group has become a three-piece
(at one point they had five members) and have
grown into a progressive death/thrash metal band.
Hailing from the music-sceneless suburb of
Newmarket, Ontario, ZBP has struggled to find an
outlet for their creativity but thankfully have
started to gain some much needed notoriety in the
area. Having just recorded a brand-new 5-song demo
ZBP are set to take the metal scene by storm, so
have a listen to the songs below, which are from
said demo. If you're interested in supporting the
band, more information is available at
their
homepage .
