The pop-punk music craze has for too long dominated the music of todays generation. Shrump is getting out of garage band status while still making the music that they have always envisioned. Catchy vocals and melodies fuse together to form this innovative rock band. The young, energetic sound creates a good live show that people cling to.
This foursome from Jackson Michigan found a common ground in their musical interests and have been rocking the local scene ever since. With victories at the USO talent show, Jackson High battle of the bands, and placing 3rd at the Albion College Battle of the Bands, they have proven they are ready to move on to bigger things. Shrumps influences include Weezer, Our Lady Peace, and abandoned pools. Now they are looking to expand their fan base, so they can share their love of music.

This is a remake of one of our old crowd pleasers. We recently re-recorded it in a prefessional studio for much better sound quality. It is now one of the songs on our demo CD. I Know features Brent Clore on the alto sax. Enjoy. |

This is one of the songs that is going to be on our new CD. It mixes a mellow riff with a nice jam chorus later in the song. |

This song is a reflection based on what it was like to be a little kid...no worries, no responsibility, and good times. The tune itself is upbeat as well to remind us how great those days really were. |
