MADLUV is a high-energy rock n' roll band from the Western Suburbs of Chicago with an emphasis on originality and determination.We sought to create a sound for the new millennium. Born from the ideas and visions of Bob Burdick and Josh McFadden in the spring of 1999, the project was just a few members short of becoming a band. With the additions of Jeremy Miller in the summer of 2000 and Brian Miles in the spring of 2001, the idea became a reality and the creativity seemed to flow immediately. The final piece of the MADLUV puzzle fell into place in the fall of 2001 with the acquisition of drummer Jimmy Sullivan.
Within months of MADLUV'S formation, we were in the studio recording our first full length CD titled "Strangeways". A 12 song compilation that can only be described as hypnotic, delphonic, supersonic rock.With all the members of MADLUV being veterans of the Chicago music scene in both past and present projects, our goals remain unchanged. To continue to write and record the best damn heartfelt, soulful, body movin and groovin tunes. Top it all off with an energetic stage performance and the desire to move the masses and you have found yourself:
