	The musical style of Rat Race is a blend of 70's rock, which can be heard in the verse sections of the song, and modern funk, which is illustrated in the chorus. The extended jam at the end of the song was a section of music that was improved in one of our concerts. We got so carried away by the music and the reaction we got from our fans that we extended the song by 3 minutes that night. Needless to say, the jam became a part of the song, and since then has become the finale to our concerts.
