Steve Montgomery is a rocking Solo Artist, Singer, Songwriter, Composer, Producer who takes the term One-Man-Band, to a Techno-Logical conclusion! Hailing from Nelson BC Canada, he has been keeping his edge by occasionally rocking the local area with his rock group and playing bass with BCDC, a local ACDC tribute band. Steve has finished writing and producing a music soundtrack for an airing BRAVO! TV music video called, The Muse Chameleon/Fire. Steves been composing soundtracks for film and video for nearly ten years now. Back in the 1980s and 1990s, he first rocked the nightclub circuit fronting several bands, the two most notable being Sticky Fingers and Three Chords And Dirty. Steves musical influences include Tom Petty, The Beatles, BTO, Colin James, Grand Funk, Foghat, April Wine, Bryan Adams, Tom Cochrane, The Eagles, Deep Purple, Eric Clapton, Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), Stevie Ray Vaughn, BB King, Melvin James and he owes the most to Nelson blues legend, Bobby Stewart.
On his second CD entitled Alone In A Room, Steve does all of the songwriting, instrumentation, vocals, engineering, mastering, and production at SkipRock MultiMedia in Nelson.
