Hi!
My name is Billy Anderson. I'm a writer / arranger / producer / vocalist and multi-instrumentalist from Music City, USA. This is my 3rd Mp3 site and it starts off with the CD "LOADED". These are songs i've written in the past couple of years, along with some faves from the past. You'll hear every genre from country to classical and for the most part, i'm playing all the instruments. The second album on this site is "COVERALLS". This CD is a collection of cover songs.
"OBSTINATO" is a collection of my instrumental songs. "IMMACULATE MISCONCEPTION" (VOLUMES 1,2 and 3) covers 3 decades of writing and recording and features guest performances by R. STEVIE MOORE and JOHN MICHAEL CARLISLE. These CDs also feature songs co-written with ROGER FERGUSON. Roger and I write and record together as "THE MIGHTY RAMS".

Artist history: (1952-20??)

I was born and raised in Tennessee. I played in various local bands in high school. I got an education at the University of Tennessee and the stadiums, studios, and honky-tonks of the world. I've performed nationally and internationally with rock and country artists. I was the lead singer and keyboardist for a popular regional band, The Flat Creek Band, who were the opening act for many touring rock shows including The Charlie Daniels Band, REO Speedwagon, Foghat, Quicksilver Messenger Service, The Isley Brothers, Wet Willie, and Crazy Horse. I've performed live with Stephen Stills, Charlie Daniels, Papa John Creach, The Coasters, Jeannie C. Riley, Mac Gayden, and David Allan Coe. I've worked in the studio with Pam Tillis, Johnny Paycheck and Lee Roy Parnell, among others. I'm currently writing, producing, and engineering at my home studio in Nashville and performing in the Nashville area with jazz/rock group "MYSTERIOSO". ******************************************
