Operation Priphea is COMPLETELY FREE for download.
However, if you want the higher bitrate sound that
CD-audio offers as well as the crappy artwork I
am no doubt bound to end up drawing for the CD, then
you'll want to order the CD. Of course...there IS
no CD yet, since the music is unfinished, and I
still need to talk to the fine folk at Nihon Flex...
or whoever the heck owns the copyright to Lufia
now, and see if they are A-OK with what I'm doing
here. In the meantime, just enjoy 128KBps MP3s

Ah! The dramatic Opening the soundtrack SHOULD have started with. After all, it IS the first tune you hear in the game unless you are REALLY trigger happy with the start button. I used mostly analogue sounds in this one contrasting with an interlude done in alternating woodwind and brass choirs |

This has always been my favorite song from the game, so I tried my best to do the arrangement right the first time. I think I've ended up with something that sounds like a page out of JDK...they are my idols after all. |

The first true slow song to grace the album, this is what plays during the "sad" parts (and also in the prelude after Maxim and the gang have defeated the sinistrals, which isn't really sad, except for Selan dying...which come to think of it is pretty darn sad) |
