What are others saying about Will Willis?
Hello Will, I am listening to your brooding guitar piece
called Longing This tune is especially haunting
because of its message...but even as a straight instrumental
piece it gives off an enourmous amount of thought provoking
emotion and creates an introspective aura that forces you
to pay attention to your own thoughts and feelings. Very
well done.

[The Revelation] "The Revelation" listed in the Christian Metal genre at mp3.com is a pleasant surprise for several reasons, here they are...
Charisma - Clean, fast experienced shredder with a familiarity for the kind of fireworks fans of this music expect. It is performed effortlessly, a mark of a true shred master.
Technical Skill - The guitar playing is top notch and true to the genre fans expectations, transitioning in it's 4 minute length from straightforward metal riffing to high speed shredding that is fluent and energetic. Will brings interest and hooks galore with deft precision.
Performance - Tight, authoritative, aggressive. The lead playing is great! I would have liked to hear a little more chop in some of the chord structures i.e. dig the strings a little more with some palm muting to create a more strident presentation ala Megadeth-style. The drums are there for timing only however and this diminishes the tracks appeal somewhat, there are many opportunities for percussion fireworks that are missed.
Arrangement - Modality transitions are sufficient to maintain interest and true to the genre form.
Long Term Appeal - Die hard fans of shred guitar are going to feel the need to own this track, with a capable vocalist this guitarist has a lethal weapon if so inclined. As it is presented Japanese Anime soundtrack was the first thing that came to mind! It got the right energy to support extreme sports or even surf video. Fast car commercials..."Join the Marines" you name it.
In conclusion it's a signature piece when you're in the mood to here some guitar evil with few disappointments. It has an "Anthem Quality" that will keep you playing air guitarwith enthusiasm.

[The Revelation] Your guitar work is good ... Steve Vai would be proud of this track. Good balance and production work. - Big Time Producer Guy
[Righteous Fire] If you haven't heard Will Willis, this is the one you
want to start with. It is an instrumental guitar piece
that is righteously energenic and moving. There are a few
movements to this tune, its not just a jam, listen in.

[Missing Inside] Now that is a beautiful song. Will Willis is one of those guitarists that has jaw-dropping technique, but seldom flaunts it. I admire that. He always seems to be more concerned with the overall composition...and his compositions are always good, judging from the handful of his songs I've listened to...
