We were first called 57th Chorus, then Heyday and finally Paintbox.
Gianfranco Catania sang and played guitar,
Andrea Biolcati played drums (magnificently!),
and Davide was on bass and Luca Cazzanti (yours truly) played lead guitar.
Alberto Casiraghi and Paolo Civita had
brief tenures at guitar and bass too.
We recorded a couple of decent demo tapes in a
rented sound-proofed garage.
I guess that makes us a garage band.
The tapes we recorded are:
- Men in the Cities, June 1993 (as Heyday)
- Head and Hands, April 1994 (as Paintbox)
