Bonehead was formed in 1991 in Quebec, Canada. The name of the band was changed to Neural Mass in 1995, when it was discovered that there were already 3 or 4 other bands using the same name. The name Neural Mass actualy comes from the title of a Bonehead track "Ten Pounds of Neural Mass". Neural Mass was put on hiatus around 1996. Sylvain Rodrigue (drummer extrordinaire) continued playing drums & recording with various local musicians. Gary Floyd (singer/keyboardist)went to University to study music. Marcel Babin & Alain Loiseau went on to play with "Les têtes réduites" . Michael Leborgne went on to work in the porno industry. Eric Lemieux...dissapeared (is rumored to be living in NYC). Pierre-Paul Doré is now a website designer & has played with BARF (Blasting All Rotten Fuckers).
Neural Mass reformed in 2001 : Mark Tremblay (guitars) / Gary X Floyd (keyboards, flute, vocals) / Sylvain Rodrigue (drums, percussions & lead vocals). Remastered versions will soon be online...with restored sound effects.
