This is probably my favorite song because it's written about one of my most favorite people- my brother, Erich. This song was written the night before he took off for Germany to spend his last 3 years in the air force. I knew that it was time for him to fly, but I wasn't ready. I wish that everybody could have the relationship that we had growing up. |

This song was written durning the summer of 1998 which at the time was a big transition period for me. My brother just left for the air force, I had a new job, we moved to anew home & town after 7 years, and my friends from college went home for the summer. Looking back I see,He will never leave me or forsake. And He hasn't. |

Written summer 1997. This is a saftey song to me. At the time and place where I was in my life, I needed God to protect me from the hail that my family was getting nailed with. Check out the full chapter in Psalms 91. |
