Tabula Rasa

Who are Tabula Rasa? We are a band that have formed in the UK, including band members from The Antipodes (Australia, NZ) and mother England. Our mission is to bring together global experience aquired over the last two decades and offer our special brand of music to the world. Coming from different musical backgrounds and experiences has been interesting to say the least. Jazz, Punk, Rock, Grunge, Funk with a liberal sprinkle of Folk makes for exciting listening. So many bands hail from the same place and have the same influences which, when you think about it, can only really have one output... Thats not us!

All of us have travelled extensively throughout western, eastern and third world cultures. Influenced by the worlds of classical, hard rock, jazz and a bit of dance our brand of rock is funky and will leave you asking "why not " instead of why. Below is a smorgasboard of really good stuff we are sayin' about ourselves. Our aim is to get signed up and tour the world with wild abandon, making music and doing what we all do best "ENTERTAINING". 	This is a song that Jemma wrote. Like any royal, the little princess can be a touch demanding at times. Gone is a song about this fella who could never do anything write (not that any man can) and after a period of continual, yet unsuccessful training he up and "Gone" one day (Bastard, all men are Bastards!!!). This bio was written by her brother Gabriel, shows doesn't it! hahahahaha

	All the girls will be able to relate to this one. At some stage you must have been involved with the "Bad Boy" who is totally uncontrollable. The Bad Boy usually feels that staying out all night with mates, flirting, getting drunk, then crawling into bed for a cuddle at some ungodly hour of the morning is totally acceptable behaviour. The guys in the band don't really understand this song! What could be more romantic than being woken from a deep, peaceful sleep for a wrestle with a 10ft tall, bullet proof, love god at 4.30am!
