From Foreverforward webzine: This band from Gainesville recorded this cd in 5 hours after the band had only been together for a couple of months, nevertheless the came out with one of the best *our first recording* I have heard in awhile. The first song *Megaton Solution* sounds, as much as I hate comparisons, influenced by early Hot Water Music, or maybe Fuel. The remainder of the songs are more poppy, but never lose their edge, reminding me of something between Weezer and Alkaline Trio? God I hate that, but I just do not know how to better explain it. Now with another year of experience under the belt I am sure that they have progressed and matured into even a better band. The sound quality of this is nice, and unlike many first recordings, was actually recorded in a studio. So, do not be afraid, write them and get your own copy, or go to www.mp3.com/xversusy to hear it for yourself. Vote for your favorite X VERSUS Y track at WWW.XVERSUSY.CJB.NET
