Think about life here, in this world and you realise the emptiness it leaves you with. With realisation of the emptiness comes the idea of life without it. This idea, or imagination, creates a longing to see the void filled, which in turn drives us to prayer, to turn to the God who can fill such a void. I want Him in my life. |
