only three songs...
hmmm..well, I had it kinda cool here for a while. What you used to find up here was a collection of tunes from nearly every band I've been in. I've been playing drums in SF bands for about 13 years now and have played everywhere from the I-Beam opening for the Smoking Rhythm Prawns when I was 19 to somehow landing an old trannie's birthday party at Ginger's Two on 6th St. (one of the best audiences I've ever played for). Dissonant Funk, sludge metal, semi-Glam, middle-eastern tinged something-or-rather, progressive groove, covers, cynical, parodic techno pop (with R.U. Sirius - does anyone EVER know how to describe something done with R.U. Sirius?).
I can't describe most of them and now you can't listen either. Right now I'm playing with the group of guys I've been with off and on for about 8 years - Ashpool - slamming through our own brand of groove-prog-throb-rock-mindfuck...everything rock for the unconventionally lubricated. And just to keep things weird I've joined up with a new Americana/Country act called "The Devil's Own".

COME EDEN - "Indian...don't you pray to someone" begins this haunting tune...one of only two Come Eden ever got down to tape before imploding under our own majesty (whatever that means). |
