i guess i spent at least 3 weeks to finish this one... what i wanted to do is a brigther tune, with some beats... but then i find i really don't know how to make music based on loops...
at the end i reconstrusted the whole tune, i kept the loops, feed it with big reverb and reverse the whole piece of music, mix and master, and i think it sounds much better now.. |

The pic above is a big lemon....
And the sound your hear all are synths...
In the beginning i wanted it to sound like a Suede b side, but it becomes an Arms of Someone New when finished...
The title was decided, after spending after night singing (screaming/ moaning?) the Smith's I know it's over, Never had no one, Heaven knows i'm miserable now, Last night i dreamt that sombody loved me, etc..
Hope this is the last time i made such poppy song...

[The story's heroine, Sumire, wonders why the Soviets named their space device Sputnik, which in Russian means "traveling companion": "It's just a poor little lump of metal, spinning around the earth." The edgy and wanting Sumire, her lonely friend K, and Sumire's love interest, Miu, have their metallic exteriors, while the soul of an engine churns inside them.] |

"The way to the sheep is through the Rat, a long-time friend of the protagonist's who inexplicably vanished some years ago. In the five year interim since his disappearance, the Rat sent his old buddy two letters, one of which included the sheep photo. Going by the postmark on the most recent correspondence, the main man and his woman journey to Hokkaido in search of the Rat.
He has, in fact, committed suicide only a week before the protagonist's arrival on the mountain. His ghost occupies the body of the Sheepman, a reclusive man who is never seen without his sheep costume fashioned from the hides of real sheep. As the Sheepman, the Rat drives the protagonist's girlfriend from the mountain. He pays regular visits to the protagonist, who whiles away the days cooking and cleaning, but he does not reveal himself to be the Rat until the protagonist realizes that the Sheepman is a ghost because he has no reflection."

this is an uplifting sad song....
I think it's combined ambient and indie, first i want it sounds like Soul Whirling Somewhere, but later it grows like radiohead, so i've got a piece like soul whirling somewhere and fake plastic trees and the bends.... but i never want it to sound like radiohead... |
