He sought one song that he knew well enough to sing and play it all by ear and by heart and finally landed on playing the song entitled " The REUBEN JAMES " BY WOODY GUTHRIE whom may have borrowed or stole A CARTER FAMILY SONG ENTITLED "WILD WOOD FLOWER" WHICH GUTHRIE USED THE OLD ROOTS TUNE IN HIS SONG THAT Woody Guthrie DEDICATED TO THE 1ST USA SHIP SANK WWII.REX USED THE "M I M I C METHOD TO CREATE THIS TOTALLY NEW SONG IN 2002. THIS METHOD IS A SHURE WAY IN WHICH ONE GO THROUGH -- TO COMPLETION ANY SONG A PERSON STARTS TO MAKE. AND THE METHOD HELPS TO PREVENT "OVERLY ENGINEERING" SONGS UNDERWAY.
