The title comes from the African saying about it taking a village to raise a child. I say it takes more than a village, it takes the whole universe to work together to protect our world's youth. |

Very simple music. Piano and me. This song was a blast to make. For those of you who are pretty studied on the Bible, I hope you're intrigued by the title. For those of you who don't read much of the Bible, listen very closely to the story and the words. It made me laugh and made me glad I wasn't the one who raised my hand. |

Ever since college, this verse from the Bible has been the one that I've kept very close to my heart and memory. I need these words so often. My neice and her friend, Brian, are both singing background vocals. They were in college at the time and I loved to know that they were singing, over and over again, Trust in the Lord. If we'd remember this every day there'd be a lot less to worry about. |
