"Tikoli's Cafe" is a concept album from a rock comic opera, that I wrote for kids, about thinking for yourself. It is about a vulture who comes to a town to pit animal upon animal until chaos ensues, after which he hopes to clean up the remains. This is until the pluck and courage, and ultimately, the wisdom of one small, otherwise rather lazy, groundhog, saves the day.
This story begins in the city of Corpus, where Roscoe the groundhog and his grilfriend Valerie enjoy their morning's cofee at Tikoli's Cafe, owned and run by the mouse proprietor Tikoli. Dwork, the vulture, lives in a desert on the outskirts of town, miserably surviving on insects, until he comes up with a plan...

This is where Tikoli's coffee shop is smashed,as the cats become convinced that the only reason their lot in life is as poor as they perceive, is because mice like Tikoli have greivously wronged them. | MP3.com CD: Tikolis Cafe- - buy it! MP3.com CD: Tikolis Cafe-"rough draft" - buy it!
