Paul Booth Johnson shows us what Delta Slide guitar should sound like. PJ
is playing this song with a Fender F-210.
This song was featured on the "Blue Plate Special" at 88.1 FM in Pensacola
Florida on 3/9/02 - http://wuwf.org/blues/bps.htm
*UPDATE* I played this song in a talent show at Treasure Island Casino in Red Wing Minnesota, along with a Spanish song and I won First Place! I'll be playing in the finals at the same casino on December 15th of 2002. Wish me luck!

This is another solo effort from Paul Booth Johnson. Screaming lead guitar
is what you want? Then listen to this live cut off PJs 4 tracker! PJ was playing
a Steinberger G2T, and using a Boss DR-660 for the drums and Bass line.
The guitar was hooked into an old Yamaha FX-500 and from there hooked in
stereo left and right into a Tascam 244 Portastudio. (The old Porta-Pottie) And
from there (Sheesh!) plugged into my PC and recorded (Or digitized if you will) on
hard disk.
Enjoy you Shred Heads! |
