A bouncy bassline and solid kick drum underpins techno-influenced percussion, a nagging 303 and the ubiquitous hard-house Juno hoover.

I didn't think I could do it, but I have - I've managed to write a tune without a 303 in it! Instead, I've used some lush strings with the following chord progression: B minor, B major, A minor, C major. The high synths play a counter-melody to the bass, which is again a variation of the main chord progression. That's what happens when you spend hours looking at music theory websites!
