| ----recorded live with no overdubs-all sounds processed in the room - sound sources- radio, fishtank, roomsound thru electronics- the piece starts as if hovering then entering the fishtank- to push the fantasies further i'd had at aquariums as a child almost floating off the ground - elvis is also a big part of this song if you know what i mean- this all is condensed, thrown into washer and dryer- there are different layers of my house here- i like how it appears as if things are flying out of the speakers- | |

| this piece was made using a very simple mirrored structure- voice and electronics processed live- I like the depth of the space here, running along toward the back of the speakers- each voice is thrown towards the back, the second voice instant replay- wondered if something could come from limiting the piece to this structure- It means to me the same distortions when in the bathroom mirror, usually with steam still caked, wipe away, distorted-there is a certain relationship one has with their own hypnotizing themselves- recalls to me Borges.one voice hypnotizing the other- an exercise. | |
