Briege Murphy is a singer/songwriter from
Forkhill, Co. Armagh in Northern Ireland.
Her first album "The Longest Road" was
released in 1995 and since then she has become
renowned both as a live artist and as a
songwriter.
Many have likened Briege to the storytellers
of old who brought to life situations common to
peoples' own experiences through their songs and
poignant lyrics.
