New South is not just Country Music, but a country-state-of-mind...a state of mind that we all share, along with a weekend cabin in deep East Texas. This is where us good old boys meet to play some down-home music and have a good old down-home time. We basically do all acoustic music....Country, Bluegrass, and Folk. Mostly the kind of music you would expect to hear people playing on the back porch when the sun is setting in the Texas sky. This mp3 page is a tribute to our families and grandparents who knew the things in life we never understood, until they were gone, and we were left here to figure out what they were trying to teach us all along...
