Welcome to Holy Ground!

Holy Ground is a contemporary Christian praise and worship group. Using edgy music and Gods Word, we are focused on bringing the Gospel message to todays youth and those young at heart.

Our Ministry and Mission

Our ministry is focused on the 16 to 34 year old age group. Yet our music is enjoyed by generations on each end. We have been given this calling because and are musically addressing the needs and tastes of this group of people.

We as a band have found that many people are falling away from the Church at this age. One reason we found is that there does not seem to be anything for this group of people. The music is usually churchy with very little youth appeal. The talks seem distant and interaction is minimal. (We have found this in our experience and this may not typify all churches).

What we have been called to do is bring the energy and passion back to the church. To celebrate Gods love for us all and to deliver that message to those he puts in front of us. Our music, our talks, and our calling is to breathe the life of the Spirit in to the place that should be the center of each of our lives.

We have played at Youth Conventions, Church Services, Praise and Worship Services, Catholic Masses, Outdoor Music Festivals, Promise Keeper events, and at Kingdom Bound 2001 at Six Flags Darien Lake in August.
