For some reason I remain unable to come up with a suitable title for this song. Nonetheless I find it rock hard (mighty abs). There is a Prize for whoever mails me with the best possible title...think fast! |

As much as I'd love to raise this song aloft and praise it as high art, I can't. This is the result of pressing the record button without actually having written the song yet. A really messed up, strange song... Catchy though! |

This is merely the blueprint for a song I'm planning to record properly with a friend soon. The end result will be a damn sight funkier, with drums, samples, keyboards, the lot! |

This is a song about negative people who let everything get them down and bring everyone else down as a result. The scratchy sound is intentional. |

Poppy Punky Unfinished. An upbeat song about feeling unsettled and homesick. The chorus is still a bit messy and needs some work. |

A song that just came about one drunken night
(a description I feel may repeat itself throughout my career) I just found the chord progression and liked the descending notes and locked it up in the memory bank. Many months later I went to record it with no lyrics in mind and found a cool drum loop on reason which I messed about with the envelope and such. I was happy with the song and then I added the delayed harmonica at the end which reminded me of Beck and therefore achieved a top shelf position in my heart. NICE ONE!

A song that seemed to come from nowhere whilst tinkering on the family piano. For me it's open to interpretation but I reckon it's about wanting to get some closure on things and wanting some stability, i.e. set my life in stone. |
