This song started out as a little 2 guitar snipet Roosevelt recorded for a system sound for his mac computer. When we were looking for new material for this project, that little 20 second snippet became a full song. Slighty inspired by fellow Mp3 artist Randy Thordeson |

This is the first song that Bob has ever written. He took the bands sound in a new direction by making a flute the lead instrument. Wow, you'll hear more flute on Exit45 Songs in the future. |

Not a lot of story with this song. Before I started writting this song I decided it was going to be a Smooth Jazz Groove that you will go away humming the first melody. |

We wanted to show some versatility, so this song is in the time signature of 7/8 and has a melody that the first time the drummer heard it he said it put his stomach in a knot. |

This song was inspired by the events of 9-11 even though it doesnt actually mention those events. We all need to be more tolerant of others and everyone needs to give love. |

Clarence takes this song through some exciting dynamic changes. From grooves to hard hitting to mellow, its all in there. He writes pretty good for a drummer. If we could only get him to slow down a bit (bad drummer joke). |

This is one of two Jazz Fusions on the project. Hidden Agenda constantly moves between a couple of time signatures. Has a interesting melody played by tenor sax and guitar. |

This song is reminiscent of a jazz standard , with the story of how she is doing well now but there was a time when other people helped a lot. Ron plays a very mellow soprano sax solo in the hook. |

This starts off with a nice R&B Jil Scott type groove (even though it was written two years before Jil Scott) and then morphs into a 155 beat a minute Jazz Swing. |

Originally recorded by Hemisphere (Ron's previous Jazz band) Ron decided this song would translate well to the Exit45 sound. Ron performs a great tenor solo. |

Clarence came to Roosevelt with the first part of this song and said he was having writers block. Roosevelt listened to the song and came back to Clarence in two days with In Your Love completed. And of course it had to be an acoustic guitar melody. |
