| This is a song that three of my supremely talented friends really shine on! The idea behind it is this: every day, events take place that have far reaching consequences. People are born, people die, people get married, people divorce, nations declare war, people pray for peace, etc. But, like a road sign in your rear view mirror, even the important events fade away with the passage of time, and life just goes on and on and on and on. And no matter what Ms. Cleo or the pundits on Wall Street say, NOBODY knows what will happen tomorrow. Well... one Person does.

| I believe that music, and hip hop in particular, is infinitely more powerful than people think. Rappers claim to know the power of words, but so many times we use that power irresponsibly. The words we speak can contain life, or they can disseminate death. They can be used to heal, enlighten, connect and build, or they can be used to manipulate, malign and destroy. Understanding that I can use my words, my thoughts, and my rhymes to help make true freedom a reality in my life and in the lives of other people is my "ulterior motive" and also the idea behind i.r.o.C.

| Technological and medical advances have not proven to be the savior of the world that many thought they would be; in fact, it is the opposite--the world is becoming an increasingly hostile and dangerous place. Selfishness and greed contaminates EVERYTHING, and unless we recognize this and change directions, it is only gonna get worse! Waaaay worse.
