Russell Hickman/aka Raptillion of Georgetown, De is on a mission. God gave Russell a vision to reach today’s youth through his gift .He decided to take God's lost sheep back from the hands of the devil by using his God given ability to spread the word of God.Russell’s music ministry has lead him to prisons, Christian clubs, street ministry, concert halls, shut inns, and even birthday parties.
Russell was also was the founder of Eternal Crew in 1991. In 1998,Russell got his first record deal with M.O.M.R.I RECORDS; the album was entitled Eternal Crew "To God Be The Glory".
