The songs here were written and recorded by me within a week during December 1999. Joe let me borrow his computer and I took advantage of the opportunity to play with digital audio and sequencing by composing and recording several pieces, of contrasting styles. All of these ues the manipulations that digital audio makes easy, such as looping, pitch shifting, adding effects, dynamic shaping, reversing time, and just moving the events around. As the whole recording was so fast, the results are not polished recordings, but rather a sketchpad or ideas that I am proud of. Thanks to Joe for his computer, E-Bow, and drum module, and to Russell for his guitars and amp. It was a fun week. Also thanks to Tyson for helping me convert the songs to mp3 and upload them here.
