DJ Primitive is a 29 Year old DJ and Producer of music.
His musical endeavor started 16 years ago with instrument instruction's
in Alto Sax, Rhythm Guitar, Bass Guitar, and in the past 5 years with
Engineering Production with a focus on Hip-Hop and "Turntablism".
In the past two years, his musical thirst has turned him to performance
and the creation of his Multimedia Publishing Company Savage Propaganda.
This Company although still in its infancy, has spawned 4 offshoot
companies specializing in areas of musical and video production, as well
as a record label called Trenchline Records, under which DJ Primitive is
Releasing 2 CD's:
Subguns.com: The Soundtrack.
a concept album for a web site
encompassing many musical genres.
Jungle Warfare. (Now named "A Bone To Pick")
Which contains original music written, produced,
and recorded by DJ Primitive, also containing
remixes of popular Hip-Hop.
His DJ'ing is promoting a new era of DJ, not only through the selection
of music, but also including live music incorporated into his "set" and
crowd interaction. He has no set style of music, but mostly described as
"Hip-Hop" and "Techno".
DJ Primitive currently utilizes Gemini Turntables, Yamaha Keyboards and
rack mounted hardware including DOD, Korg, Roland, Peavy amplifiers and
speakers. His hardware is estimated to handle club sizes of up to 350
people, and he travels with one technical engineer.
