!!NEWSFLASH!! -October 02, 2001
Wassup! X.I. wants to thank all of its loyal fans for all your support and send our heartfelt condolences to all who were affected by our nation's greatest tragedy on 9/11/01. It's been a long time since the last update, but a lot has happened and time is hard to find nowadays. First off, big shout outs to all the radio stations nationwide that are giving some airplay during their mix shows to both "OOHAHH!" & "Turn It Up". We have been getting reports that we've gotten play on the West Coast, Midwest, Dirty South, and especially the East Coast! We even have gotten a report that "OOHAHH!" has gotten played in the mix on "HOT 97 FM" NYC! We also have caught the attention of the A&R's of a few MAJOR record labels. Yes loyal fans soon you will see X.I. invading your MTV's and BET's with that "OOHAHH!". We also have done some recent concerts. We performed at a local club named Cafe Sistina and rocked the house. We also opened up for Lil' Zane a couple of weeks ago and kept the crowd on its feet the whole show. There are more shows X.I. will be performing at so stay tuned and we will keep you updated on all the current events. X.I.'s song "Afterclub Set" has also been added to MP3.com's own Hip-Hop radio show 3 times!!! since mid-August. Lastly we will be making "OOHAHH!" and "Afterclub Set" available to download for FREE!! So download them and burn it to CD and show your support by bumpin us in YOUR neighborhood. Also to keep you hot we are releasing a new track from X.I. called "What You Want" featuring C.J. Brown. With its unexpectedly melodic chorus this one is a sure fire hit! That's all the updates for now but there are big things on the horizon so STAY TUNED. X.I.!
