What do you get when you have 3 bored teenagers, living in a quiet hamlet town in New York? You get a blend of sounds varying from the Dead Kennedys, to Ben Folds Five (on a good 4 mugs of expresso). One Step Below is one of the most hard-working bands in the local scene, that has recieved a buzz in only a few months of formation. The original conception of what is known as OSB to its fans, was Cacophony, which appeared on several compliations of Runaway Records.
