Yeah, it's electronic, of course. It can be hip-hop, 'cause it sure as hell ain't techno, lo-fi, or any of that. With just a bit of what I like to think of as jazziness, at 90 beats p/m, it's not slow or fast enough to be the kind of music you'd probably dance to. Right now it's just kind of a nice rhythmic interlude that fades out after a while. I might expand it later, because I kinda like this one. |

This is a slow song, with fairly natural instrumentation. I didn't try too many
new techniques with this, mostly because I was too busy learning how to
work the electronic piano to bother with much style innovation. I'd love to
redo this, improve the sound, maybe put some kind of real vocals, or at
least samples, into it. Maybe later. |

Again, I stuck to my practice of naming the song using the first word that came into my head - 'take,' in this case. I tried some new stuff with the instrments in this, and I'm MUCH more comfortable with it than with Moraine, my last song. I still feel the beginning especially is a little clumsy, but it's all good. |
