Andreas Hedlund, an 18 years old composer located in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. The songs on this page will probably be split up in the future, and put on different bands, to get songs in the same genres at every page. Feel free to mail me comments, but ANY commercial letter containing your mp3.com-url will be removed without even reading the letter. Skip the URL and you will get response. Also visit the main hompage by klicking the "Go to Artist's web site"-link at the left of this page. Best regards, Andreas Hedlund

The song "There is a way" have now been released (posted it like two weeks ago, it's obvious that mp3.com cares more about money than artists nowdays). First song produced with my new gear. My computer really needs a replace, it took me 4-5 hours just to record this song to .wav-files because the computer hanged every time. Anyway, download and enjoy.

Some changes to the layout, and also I'd like to notice about the song "Next day will be yours" that is a piano song that I played live (never played piano/synth before). It's simple, but relaxing song. I've also posted a new song, expect it comming up in a couple of weeks. The song "entering heaven" placed 1:th in a music competition in Denmark.

Two new releases, "Entering heaven" and "Tripartite dreaming" are now up on the page. Produced with my old gear. In combination with my 18:th birthday I've now expanded my home studio with a Korg Triton Rack.

Everyone that goes to high school in sweden makes a special assignment in the end of the last year, either practical or theoretical, based on a question. I choosed to question myself "How can you wake the movie audience's emotions with the film music?" and choosed to answer it with this practical work. This work consists of three parts, music for three different movies. I cut the sound of the film scenes and added music to it, they are entiery composed, orchestrated and produced by me. People my ask why three songs are put into one, and the answer is: because I wanted people to have this as my ONE work, and not as my three parts of work.. Even if you can hear the separations between songs, the style it kind of the same...
00:00 - 3:25: Song name "Lost in a dream", opening music for the movie "Final Fantasy".
03:26 - 05:12: Song name: "March of mankind", a remake of an old song I've composed for the UT modification "Orbit Wars" (url: http://www.planetunreal.net/teamorbit). The original track was used in a teaser for this mod.
5:13 - 8:42: Song name: "It's over.." End music for "Swordfish", composed right out my mind, with the thoughts of flying over a landscape, and it fitted Swordfish well... |

Composed in a 3 part multi timbral (maximum 3 different sounds at the same time) software synthesizer. The song was composed for a so called "Intro presentation" (picture show where the .exe-file is supposed to be maximum 64kbyte including everything). The synthesizer had only a pattern editing system, which doesn't fit me at all for making full songs. It's not the best song, but I'm quite happy with the result I've achived. |
