A mix of trance, ambient, and experimental, the trace element album is nothing like you've heard before. Sit down, relax and prepare to let trace element take over your world.
Influenced by nuclear power plants, scraps of metal, and crushed cars, Trace Element was formed in the basement of an university by Henry Hsiao and Jacob Canal. In this sound laboratory they spent many late nights experimenting with modular synthesis. After a prolonged period without human interaction, Trace Element emerged with a series of songs, performances, and videos. Typically dark in nature, their songs range from rhythmic ambient to music concrete. Their live shows incorporate the use of synthesizers, theremins, percussion, live mixing and visuals. Look for more music on upcoming Elastik Records releases.
