A throbbing workout groove. Robin sings the evils of letting life become to easy, while encouraging us to tighten up our lives. This is a big production number, with female backup singers, horn section, synthesizer and punishing bass line. Could be great
soundtrack material and/or aerobics song.

The title song (sort of). "Keep Running...stay one step ahead." A great driving song (double meaning intended). Definitely comes across good while cruising down the highway and has a solid driving beat behind it. A raging rocker with a ripping guitar solo. Should get the pedal to the metal so put your seat belt on.

A first-class ballad, sung with conviction. The sadness of knowing that it can never be
like it once was. A beautiful piano accompaniment and flute solo enhance the feeling of love lost. One of those special songs that could be a great cover song yet has a very personal quality about it.
