Purchasng Information:

Exclusive rights:This means that you own all rights to the beat. You can use the beat on any form of media and you can use instrumental as many times as you want to. The price on each instrumental depends on the track, whether its old or new so if u want to know a price just contact me through email or AIM. This type of deal comes with an official contract and the instrumental on disk and on CD in WAV format. Once the exclusive rights for a beat sold it is immeadiately taken off my site for good. So get them while they last.

Leasing Rights:This means that you do not own the beat but that you can use it once on any form of media one time. Each track on my site goes for $150 each lease. A beat can be leased more than once but not more than 3 times..once its leased 3 times i take it off my site for good. This deal also comes with a contract stating the specifications of the lease as well as a disk and or CD with the track on it.

Legal Issues:You do not have the permission to use these instrumentals in any way without permission. All songs are copywritten by me and are on this page for showcase reasons for potential buyers of rights/license. Redistribution of these instumentals are strickly prohibited and legal action will be taken.
