Welcome! Thank you for visiting my page on MP3.com.
My name is Michael Hansen (technically E. Michael Hansen, but
please don't confuse me with that young fellow named D. Michael Hansen
who plays keyboards and also has an MP3.com page). I am a classically
trained pianist, violinist, and violist who has been playing--arrggh, I
can't believe I'm this old--for 25 seasons in semiprofessional orchestras
in central Illinois and northern Virginia.
I am a mathematics graduate of Bradley University and the University
of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and I currently teach math and statistics at
St. Albans School in Washington, D.C.
