This guy has been trogging it out on the local band scene for 8 years with the experimental rock group Yolk. Since Yolk got sick of Ramen Noodle / Mini-Mart cuisine and left the road, Dave has been recording a bunch of solo joints. 1998's The Wierdness of This Afterglow and 2001's Deep Spaz Symposium were lo-fi, adamantly DIY CD's that have sold around 2,000 copies apiece. His newest release, 2003's Honkey Inferno is his first album to be recorded at a professional studio and will be available for release in March 2003. There are some cities wherein everybody seems to want to leave. Living in one of these cities gives you the feeling that you are going nowhere... unless you're doing drugs. Then you don't even want to leave your bed. |
