Aaron Meyer is a 18 year old pianist/composer
who began playing piano when he was five years old, and wrote his
first original work at age nine. Influenced by contemporary
musical sounds, Aaron has developed a musical style that is
distinctly his own. Aaron performs
frequently at venues throughout Los Angeles, including gala
events for philanthropic organizations. Aaron recently appeared live on KCET
(PBS Los Angeles) with Yanni. "Journey" is a
collection of original compositions that chronicles Aaron's
musical odyssey. You can listen to music from this CD on this
website. The CD is available for purchase through Aaron's

Aaron's new CD, "Arrival" is scheduled to be released in December
2003.

I wrote this song in 1997 after a trip to Napa Valley, California. This was the first piece I recorded for the "Journey" CD. It is a relaxing upbeat piece that is a favorite among my fans. |

This relaxing upbeat piece was composed in 1998 in Idyllwild, California. I spent two weeks at Idyllwild Arts as a percussionist in the youth symphonic band. During my free time, I would often go to the practice rooms and compose. This tune is the result! |
