This is the first track in my collaboration with poet/performance artist Jose Torres Tama. It is one of many from the upcoming "American Mantra and Other Rituals" CD slated for an early 2003 release. Jose is a genius, equal parts Cheech and Chong, Laurie Anderson and Jello Biafra. As he often says in his performances, "If you do drugs, do them NOW." Visit www.torrestama.com |

Heavy string layers with a real Pink Floyd/Erik Satie work ethic, all the way down to traces of a digitally distorted phone message from a very broken heart. Written while daydreaming of filling an empty fuel tank in the DC suburbs circa 10/02. An unfortunate breakdown of communication that yielded a nice melody. |

Dreamspace treatment of "Think About That".
No drums in this mix but plenty of hall reverb and delay. Vaporous! |
