Kidd Nikki rocked from 1996 to 1999. During those few short years, there were many members and many many band names. It started out as the fusion of the punk rock outfit Cereal Killers, and the surf band high tide. The original name of the band was Lucky Number 7. As they became aware of a terribly crappy punk rock band of the same name somewhere in the godforsaken midwest, they decided to take the moniker Skankin Youth. Then Skankin Youth Allstars, and then finally Kidd Nikki, Inspired by the best Nintendo game in the world. The core members of this band were:
