Hey there people!
My name is Vincent Bakker and
I live in Maastricht in the Netherlands.
I professionally started as a
musician/soundengineer after hilariously
finishing my study as an electronics engineer
in my
late teens, by singing and playing the bass in
several bands (mainly own
compositions).
Soon I got my own home studio, and I got
more experienced as a soundengineer.
In the end I made a living
doing several studio and live jobs
as a sound engineer/ musician/ producer
throughout Europe. I got quite experienced in live orchestral,
bigband and jazz soundengineering,
being involved in this kind of projects all
over Europe for 10 years.
When I became a father (I have two beautyfull daughters aged 2 and 3 years now),
I decided to get a more "hometown based" career, and nowadays I'm a
fraud detection software specialist for the dutch branch of a very large mobile
telco. No more about that now.
Nowadays I still do harddisk recording
(nowadays mainly in VST), I play
bassguitar, guitar and keyboards, I
compose songs in different styles, and I am
a would-be sounddesigner and synth and
sample programmer.
Cause of the slow verification procedures at mp3.com, the
following; you can always download the latest songs, samples
and software first through the UkanK
site, please give it
a visit!
I'ld be delighted if you send me an email
or take
my poll to tell me what you think of the song(s)
