This one's down-tempo and endearingly scatter-brained, charting bizarre new sonic territories with vaguely familiar voices and off-kilter instrumentation leading the way into a schizoid soundscape of possibility. |

VERY beat driven and aggresive dance anthem, replete with growling synths and snarling drum kits. This one's a DJ Izaak contribution to the BBC backcatalogue. |

This is my auditory tribute to Vince Clarke, the undisputed king of synthpop instrumentalists. "She's Ideal" is dancey, beat-driven, and a tad more bass-infected than most of my other stuff, and it's also a unique song on account of its vocal chores, which were handled by DJ Slothrop, who also did the backing vox and mixing, so he's pretty tired out and set to go off on anyone who mentions this track to him. [Go ahead and mention it anyway; Slothrop gets really funny when he's mad.]Oh, and this song also ends with a short minute-and-a-half outtro that's more ambient and down-tempo than the rest of the song. |
