Interview guidelines: Simply prepare an MP3 file with you\your band mates discussing the following:
- How did you begin making music?
- What gear do you use? How do you like to work?
- How has your MP3.com experience been thus far?
- How do you approach songwriting?
- What promotion tips do you have?
- Have you collaborated with other artists at MP3.com?
- Include commentary on anything about your band that you think fans and listeners want to hear! Have fun with it. :)
Send us the finished interview (encoded at 128 bit, 44.1 khz, stereo) and we will put it on the site with appropriate credits and your URL.
How this benefits you, the artist:
- Fans, fellow artists, other interviewees and the general public will hear you, in your own voice(s), pour your heart out. Most likely, this will generate traffic to your own site.
- You end up with an interview of yourself which you can also use on your own DAM CD and site.
- All interviewed artists will be on the Interviews MP3 station along with a song of their choice.
