Thought provoking lyrics of how a man, locked away in a government fortress, creates a disease to wreak his vengeance upon mankind. It has a powerful verse section with many changes throughout the song. A blistering solo section and a trade off of low pitched and high pitched growls that immediately follows for a killer climax.
