| A sacred song for soprano, clarinet and Baroque string quartet - the title means "Come Holy Spirit." This is a setting of the celebrated 13th century prayer, sometime called the "Golden Sequence," that is associated with Pentecost and the coming of the Holy Spirit upon Christ's Apostles. |

| A very early work: my "Opus One" when my music was in the full flower of academic modernism. Still, there is a clear impulse towards drama in the violent contrasts of the first half and the frustrated lyricism of the second half. Almost 16 minutes - worth a listen. |
