Starting out in Japan with exposure to the futuristic and diverse club culture of Tokyo and later moving to Guam and spinning at several different clubs has enabled him to shape his sound to something of his own. In the summer of 2000 he was asked to play at MTV's Jet Tour Party in front of 1000 people. He has spun with the likes of Japan's most influential House DJ, Ko Kimura (Futic Recordings) and the founder of the "Funky Desert Breaks"; "HighDesertSoundSystem" Cd series, John Kelly (Moonshine Music). In December of 2000 he made his first state side DJ appearance playing in Hawaii at the E.Y.E., Venus Night Club, and NRG (double-o-spot.com) which Ryski played in front of 2000 people. In the Summer of 2001 Ryski relocated to Detroit and has been submerged in the sounds of Techno and his musical taste in production has reflected this. Spinning a weekly wednesday night gig, a monthly residency at the Orange Party in Windsor, Ontario, and a weekly online mixshow, he has been keeping very busy. Keep an eye out for more releases soon!
