Convos@tion
This group is known for their unique traversal
of the hip hop and R&B genres. You can find this group of various
artists from South philly thru DC via VA. Convo is doing everything from in your face battle raps to
though-provoking hybrids bringing together talents from both diverse hip hop and
R&B scenes.
Come check us out at the Etymology open mic
Thursdays at 8:00 at Old Dominion University's Kaufman Hall sponsered by Men About Progress. The venue is
mostly for amateur artists with a desire to share their work and appreciate
others in the area. If you are an aspiring hip hop artist or poet, I
strongly suggest you attend a local open mic to affiliate yourself with the
artistic scene.
Without explaining much more, I suggest you
listen to some of the music that has gotten rave reviews from Maine to
Miami. Please show your support for the collection of beat makers also
featured on Mp3.com (links coming soon...) and visit their sites also.
